Finance Agency to
assure that financing
was secured and fast
track construction
under way at the
on-set. Fully
challenged with 45
existing residences,
KJV coordinated a
multi-phase addition
and renovation of the
existing
facility.
An
additional
17-two bed units
were added to
the structure,
plumbing,
mechanical, and
electrical were
upgraded, a new
elevator was
installed and
the exterior
cosmetically
restored. The caring
home facility
was quickly
filled with
enthusiastic
residences to
conclude their
healthy start.
